What to know about
the cares
Before adopting a reborn baby we have to bear in mind that REBORNS ARE NOT TOYS , we must take care of them and treat them like real children, since we can damage them very easily, they are handmade babies with a lot of love and attention, the artist invests a lot time and effort, so some important guidelines should be considered:
Magnets
The Reborn contains magnets in the mouth and in the other pacifier, it is recommended not to leave the pacifier on for a long time. As lips shine, the pressure of magnets and changes in temperature can damage the lips
Vinyl
Vinyl is a material that cannot be exposed to extreme heat or cold or humidity.
To wash it, it is recommended that it be with a washcloth or cotton with water, do not rub it, never use baby wipes as it contains soap and alcohol.
If you want to perfume the reborn, put cologne on his clothes before putting it on, never on his cloth body to avoid stains. Be careful not to get alcohol or cologne on the vinyl parts.
Hair
The most delicate thing about reborn is its hair, since it is natural hair grafted one by one, therefore, it should not be pulled or rubbed as it could be damaged and fall out.
To comb it, it is done with a baby brush, if you have tangles with a lot of patience and affection, and be careful with the hats, hooks and headbands, the friction makes the hair fall.
Filling
The reborn are filled with rice and sand.
DO NOT IMMERSE IT, the interior can be damaged by humidity.
Other important care
DO NOT put it in washing machines, dryers, ovens, microwaves etc.
DO NOT take it by one arm or leg, they can be removed from the site or break the joints.
DO NOT put it near or on top of fireplaces or stoves
Be careful not to leave it within the reach of pets or very young children.
DO NOT apply creams or balm oils of any kind.
DO NOT squeeze the cheeks, the magnet inside the mouth can come loose and it will not catch the pacifier, and besides, the face could deform.
All these indications will help maintain a good quality of life for your reborn baby.
